Disney’s animated movie Hercules is getting a live-action reboot. The studio is going ahead with Russo Brothers as producers to make a live-action Hercules movie, a 1997 animated epic on the Greek legend.
The studio has hired Dave Callaham, who penned down Marvel’s upcoming Phase 4 movie, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, to work on the script. The famous filmmakers, Joe and Anthony Russo, also known as the Russo brothers who also were behind notable Marvel projects like Avengers Infinity War and Endgame, are involved as producers via their AGBO banner.
The Russos won’t be involved in direction but only as producers as the insider information source claims. Russo Brother’s latest movie under the AGBO banner was Extraction, featuring Chris Hemsworth, and was released recently on Netflix.
